These tutus were worn by ballet dancers across the country who competed in their region of Youth America Gran Prix, YAGP. Designed at Halsey Onstage, by the late Travis Halsey, and constructed with the help of our team. Each tutu can take anywhere from 40 to over 100 hours of combined work.
